Enrollment Steering Committee

Appointed by the Provost

The Enrollment Management Steering Committee functions as an advisory group to Enrollment Services and to the central administration on issues connected to enrollment. The committee is charged with assessing enrollment trends nationally and in the state and advising on processes connected with enrollment including recruitment (strategic recruitment initiatives especially in Arkansas and with associated communication and marketing plans), admission (campus growth overall and in the colleges), registration (classroom scheduling, registration, infrastructure needs), financial aid (special initiatives connected to access) and retention. The group will also provide academic input for the implementation and maintenance of Workday Student. 

Membership consists of a representative from each of the colleges, University Libraries, the  Faculty Senate chair, a representative  from the Office of Equal Opportunity and Compliance, and ex officio representatives from the Office of the Provost and the Chancellor’s Office.  Representatives from Global Campus, the Graduate School and International Education, Government and Community Relations, Student Success, Student Affairs, the Multicultural Center,  and the Veteran and Military-Affiliated Student Center will also be included. The Enrollment Data and Research Management Group will provide the committee with information and data as needed.

The Vice Provost for Enrollment Services will serve as chairperson.
